Shit is ridiculous. Cabrera is ridiculous. Another 9th inning home run to tie it up, followed by a Santiago blooper that scored Laird and that was the differnce maker. This season, Carebrera is 9-for-20 with three home runs and 11 RBIs from the seventh through ninth innings, including 4-for-7 with two homers in the ninth. What? What? Might as well call him the Dark Knight cus the dude only comes into save the game when the lights are low. And props to Gerald Laird for some good base running yesterday. Yep, you read that correctly, Gerald Laird, good, and base running in the same sentence. It's kind of a big deal. Bondo also gave up 3 runs in like the first three batters, but settled down to allow just 2 more hits in the rest of the game. Good job.
