I can't wait till I can cram my old ass body into some tight spandex, hammer a few beers and head out into the woods on skis to shoot shit. Makes getting older pretty fuckin sweet.
I gotta admit I'm kinda really starting to like the Olympics. Its basically only because hockey, curling and the biathlon have kicked into gear, but none the less, I'm still digging it. The US lost their first curling match the other day but has a must win tonight against Switzerland. Must see TV. Plus when I was watching the Women's Cross Country Skiing qualifier today I saw probably the best crash I've ever seen in skiing. This has gotta be your worst nightmare as a cross country skier. There is literally no possible scenario that could work out worse for you than this. Not sure of her name but she is the best CC skier in the world and just yard saled off a 20 foot cliff onto a shit ton of giant boulders. Yikes. I'm sure the video of this will be all over the news later tonight but tell them you saw it first at Joeyballgame.blogspot.com
