I touched on it a bit yesterday but I want to recap the Lions free agent moves so far. Nate Burleson, Kyle Vanden Bosch, and Corey Williams are all done deals and I like that the Lions aren't wasting any time in going after their guys. Are these the right guys? Well, we will find out but I am really impressed with the fact that the have put some actual thought into who might help their team and they went out and got them. Definitely missed out on Cromartie and Chester Taylor but knowing these guys are reporting to Allen Park this summer makes me really excited about the upcoming draft. I will be sure to hit you with my Lion's Draft Initial Report tomorrow. We will be looking at needs, best players available and Mmase pipe dreams for this April's NFL draft.
PS - Is anyone else scared that we have to stop Julius Peppers from ripping off Stafford's head twice a year? Might need to move Gosder Cherilus to the left side to chop block his ass.
