Joeyblueskies.com Is Born
Hey Ballgamers, today marks a huge day for Joeyballgame.blogspot.com and all the ballgamers as we morph into a more legitimate version of ourselves at Joeyblueskies.com
We've moved from the projects to the penthouse baby and this .blogspot.com to a .com change was always the plan once we got ourselves established and all the hate mail stopped pouring in. It is my hope that this will make accessing the site easier and search engines will be able to direct people to the best new place for their Detroit sports news, Joeyblueskies.com.
A lot of thanks to Eileen who has basically become my website designer and troubleshooter and I gotta give a shout out to the low lifes MarcUM, JustBatey, Mallard, Bmase, and Jmase who have decided to wallow in the filth with me.
As we move forward be warned that absolutely nothing will change about our coverage of all that is Detroit sports and smutty entertainment. In fact it's only likely to get smuttier. If you like what you've read to this point then spread the word and keep reading. If you don't then fuck you, fuck me, fuck everybody, cause that's fuckin bullshit.
PS - FYI, Joeyballgame.com was taken by this lame ass minor league baseball player named Joey Thurston. Please send all anthrax laced letters and mail bombs to his home address in Boca Raton, FL. and for anyone who doesn't get the new name here you go.
According to UrbanDictionary.com
Joey Blueskies:
A derogatory nickname for the Detroit Lions' quarterback, Joey Harrington which came about as fans realized that, no matter how badly he played, Harrington always characterized his performances, and the situation in general, in an extremely positive or "blueskies" manner during his post-game interview.
I can't take it anymore, the Colts won 41-9 and all Joey Blueskies had to say after the game was, "I made some great throws out there today. We really did some great things on offense. It just got away from us after the first quarter."
