The Wolverines took down Miami of Ohio last night to advance to the CCHA tournament championship against Northern Michigan tonight. This is the ninth time in the last 10 years that the Wolverines have played in the CCHA tourney championship. If Michigan wins they will get an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament which was completely outta reach after a very disappointing regular season. Lets Go Blue!

Anyone watch this game? Listening to John Vanbiesbrouck call this game was painful. Can't believe I had posters of him on my wall. Having said that, I just looked him up on wikipedia to get the proper spelling of his name, and dude is from Detroit. Nevermind, favorite goaltender of all time.
