Romo To Roy, Next Montana To Rice?
Realgmfootball.com - Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams, who has been a disappointment since he arrived from Detroit. Williams landed in Dallas 1 1/2 seasons ago and they then gave him a five-year, $45 million extension. "I promise you I won't lead the league in drops. I know that," he said. "People are off my bandwagon, which I don't mind. I'd be off my bandwagon, too."
Williams told ESPN Radio that the connection with Tony Romo is much better than it was at this point a year ago. "We were missing balls, and bad throws and drops and all that in the offseason that carried over to the season," Williams said. "But this year, we're connecting like Montana and Rice. It's night and day from last year."
I still can't believe we got a 1'st, 3'rd, & a 6'th rounder for this clown. Jerry Jones is a god damn lunatic. And now after the Cowboys took Dez Bryant in this years draft, Roy is sure to ride off into the sunset making first down gestures every ten yards down the trail. Though I can't say I totally hate Roy cause at least he was entertaining as he sucked. My favorite Roy memory from his time in Detroit was when he spent a day riding around with a pizza delivery guy after admitting to never tipping them. Totallyfuckinbelievable
