Craigslist.com - 3 story red and gray home, asphalt roof may have a few leaks as the interior does have some interior damage. Home is on cinder blocks that look sturdy. The siding is vinyl on the bottom with the wood on the top. The home has a concrete slab patio that appears to be in good shape, with an enclosed porch. House sits a nice lot with a cement drive way to the right of the home. Lot and home selling for $3,995
No sense even shopping ladies and gentlemen. Money is already being paypal'd over. If the first sentence didn't seal the deal, the second one Todd Jones'd the shit out of me. I mean "Home is on cinder blocks that look sturdy" is the reason you go to real estate school.

PSS - I've been trying to convince the Lady Friend to move to the D for some time now and she is getting pretty good at shooting me down. It's always some excuse about there not being any jobs, or crime is to rampant, or you will leave me for one of the Locomotion Girls. Blah blah blah. But then Bmase hits me with a deal just too good to be true. I might just buy it without telling her and we can retire to it down the road.
