Plastic Surgery is a Hell of a Drug

Plastic surgeons are amazing these days. Not only can they implant facial fat, cultivate fake sideburns, and return a once black man turned white man back into a black man again, but apparently they can teach him to drive a cab in Brazil. Dude just needs to lay a little lower though, cause it's been like a year since he "died" and we already found him. Somewhere in the Caribbean Tupac and Elvis are drinking pina coladas and laughing.
