Ryan Mallett runs the 40 with a piano on his back

Former Michigan and Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett will make it to the NFL on the strength of this arm, not his feet. Mallett did not run the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine. He decided to wait until his pro day, which was Tuesday at Fayetteville. Mallett, who is 6-foot-6 and 247 pounds, was timed at 5.37 seconds. It was the second-worst time among the 18 players who participated in Arkansas' pro day. Only guard Zhamal Thomas, who is 6-3 and 346 pounds, turned in a slower time, at 5.41 seconds.

What the frick? I could run the 40 in 5.37 seconds with cement shoes on. Looks like the team that drafts John Navarre 2.0 is gonna have to scratch the goal line 4th down bootleg. Bust city bitches. Book it.
