Pretty sure this isn't all that funny but I wanna know whether or not people think this is legit? It can't be right? Like no cop is gonna just take this dude's word for it and let him off the hook. If that's the case the next time i'm wasted out in public i'm gonna just tell the cop that I'm done drinking and will be sober tomorrow. Fool proof.
I'm going to take it a step further, "condoms sold out" is getting tattoo'd above my D.
