I screwed the pooch on this photo but I had to at least try when I saw this hyper hypo the other day on the streets of Brooklyn. I'm still not quite sure why this is an acceptable practice but I've seen at least 3 people doing this shit to their kids in the last year. If my kid ever needs to be walked on a leash you best believe I'm keeping him tied up to the jungle gym in my back yard like Phillip.
