Hippie Chick is Arrested for Blowing Bubbles on Officer

A couple things. First off, when did the Canadian Mounted Police turn into Blackwater? I thought Mounties were laid back, jovial, funny hat wearing dudes, not roided up versions of Syrus from the Real World Boston. Secondly, I know a lot of people are appalled that he would arrest her for something like this but in his defense this is exactly how you should act in a position of authority. You shout your absurd rule, make sure they're clear about the consequences when they don't follow the absurd rule, and then you tell them your heart bleeds and yell conversation over. Trust me this is how every interaction I have with my students goes.

PS - I need to get that blond mounties number.
