2010 Detroit Real Estate Guide Released
Unless you've been living in a cave for the last decade or so, it's nearly impossible that you haven't heard of the Motor City's dramatic decline. The Ruins of Detroit ($125) is a 200-page photographic tour through some of the city's now-decrepit landmarks, interspersed with looks at near-downtown residences that have been trashed, abandoned, and in some cases destroyed completely.
Some people look at the decay of Detroit as a negative. I on the other hand see dollar signs when I look at those ruins. I mean Rome is raking in tourism money hand over fist while we just sit here like a bunch of retards with our thumbs up our butts. It's time to buy up some old school buses, cut the roofs off those bitches and start some "Ruins of Detroit" tours. It's a license to print money. Just a shame Mayor Bing didn't catch wind of this idea before they tore down Tiger Stadium cause the Coliseum ain't got shit on the house that Cecil built.
